Do you come to my house? 

No. The beauty of HINSPO Interiors is that it is an Online Interior Design service. Everything is done online and through the HINSPO design portal. I wanted to create a unique platform whereby professional Interior designers are accessible and affordable for everyone. Once you are booked in we will normally schedule a quick 15 minute phone call just to say hello and get a feel for what you want to do with the space.  

NOTE: We can do call outs if you feel you need a designer to see the space in person -there will be a callout charge. Just drop me an email if this is something you are interested in- hinspointeriors@gmail.com

What is the difference between Mini and Full package?

I designed the mini package to cater for people who already have an existing space that they like but don’t particularly LOVE. It’s aim is to pull a room together and finish it off. You may already have your furniture but don’t know what cushions to choose or window dressings (accessories). You will get a 2D design board and shopping list. I normally try to incorporate items that you are keeping into the design board so that you can see how the new and the old exists together.  I can also suggest ideas on how to up-cycle pieces you want to keep. 

The Full Design Package is for anyone that primarily wants to start from scratch – you may be moving into a new home, new build (I can work from plans) , renovating an old home or just want to get rid of what you have and start from scratch. I can also work with some pieces you already have so don’t go throwing everything out.

What do I need to give you in order to start designing?

Once you purchase your package you will be promoted to complete a detailed questionnaire that you will be required to fill out before we start designing.

There will also be an area for you to upload pictures of the space (preferable from every corner of the room) and measurements if required. Its always handy to have pictures of the items that you want to keep so please make sure to upload these.


How long will it all take?

A design project typically takes up to a week to get designs back to you. You will be notified by email once the designs are completed and ready to view. 

Do I have to buy everything on the product purchase list?

There is no obligation to purchase items from your shopping list. You may select which items you would like to purchase and buy them all at once or over time. We do suggest trying to purchase items together so you can see the full transformation as soon as possible.

Can I purchase the a design package for a family member or a friend?
